From plastic to carbon reductant

From food waste to fertiliser

From larvae to animal feed

From larvae to insect oil
From plastics and inorganics to carbon rich reductant like coal
An alternative to applications that require high grade coal and metallurgical coke in steel manufacturing and metals smelting. Can also be readily used in the chemical industry where a high purity reducing agent is required.

From food waste to fertiliser
A by-product of the production of Black Soldier Fly larvae through the ARC Process™ is a high micronutrient ammonia rich fertiliser. It is produced from the accelerated digestion and de-composition of the organic components of MSW.
A unique feature of this fertiliser is its high chitin content, a nutrient essential for plant health, growth and pest control.
ARCSoil™ can be used in horticulture applications as well as in general crops without the risk of leaching of chemicals into the environment.
As the fertiliser is characteristically a soil it can also be used for top soil regeneration of contaminated sites and mine rehabilitation applications.
This product is made from the natural process of Black Soldier Fly consuming organic waste. Every kilogram you purchase diverts 6KG of organic waste from landfill.
From BSF larvae to animal protein
An environmentally sustainable substitute for fishmeal used in animal feed preparation.
Made from Black Soldier Fly larvae.
Rich in protein , essential amino acids, vitamins and minerals.

From BSF larvae to bio-oil
The current Bio-fuel industry profile targets agricultural resources for the production of Bio-fuels to meet the global target for sustainable and carbon neutral energy production. The main issue is that this approach diverts viable agricultural resources from the more important priority of food production for global food security.
The ARC process generates the Bio-fuel potential from food waste and other putrescible waste streams that align with food security rather than compete with it. Bio-fuel is manufactured from oil extracted from black soldier fly larvae grown on a wide range of contaminated putrescible waste materials ranging from MSW, Bio-solids, Agricultural waste and packaged food waste. The black soldier fly larvae bio-clean 'contaminated waste’ to effectively render the inorganics clean for higher value applications. The bio-oil produced from 'contaminated' BSFL have been refined to meet bio-fuel specification from bio- diesel to sustainable aviation fuel (SAF).
